RUDE SMOOTHIES

This smoothie is packed with healthy ingredients and covers all of our essential food groups, it's bursting with energy boosting vitamins and minerals and...
It tastes amazing!     ~ Serves 2 people
​

- 1 Banana, fresh or frozen

​

- 1 Kiwi

​

- 1 Ring of Pineapple

​

- 1 of the following:   1 Cheek of a Mango/Small Pear/Handful of Mixed Frozen Berries 

​

- 2 tsp of Date Powder/2tsps of Maple Syrup/2tsp of Agave/or any natural sweetener.

 

- 2 tbsp of Glo Mix

 

- 2 dsp of Linwoods Q10 Mix 

 

- 2 dsp of Shelled Hemp Seeds

 

- 2 dsp of Almond/Peanut Butter or Chocolate & Hazelnut Spread

 

- 4 dsp of Porridge Oats

 

- 2 tbsp of Pea Protein, or your protein of choice

 

- Handful of Watercress, Spinach, or Stick of Celery

 

- Chunk of Ginger 

 

- Small Wedge of Lemon, skin on

 

- Top up with coconut water or plant milk

Citrus Fruits

STEP ONE

Fruit & Veg first!

This helps to stop the powdered ingredients from sticking.

STEP THREE

Wet ingredients!

Top up to the fill line on the cup with coconut water or milk of your choice.

STEP TWO

Dry ingredients next!

This includes Glo Mix, Linwoods Q10, hemp hearts, oats and protein.

STEP FOUR

Blend!

Blitz until smooth and pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
